This lesson examines the team leadership of the Antioch church and its influence on Paul and the churches he founded. It also examines the New Testament use of elder and overseer (bishop) and how these two words used to speak of pastors were used in the plural thus pointing to the Antioch Model of Leadership – team leadership as opposed to pastor-centric leadership.
